American Refining Group, Inc. (ARG) Manufacturer of

Quality Brad Penn® Lubricants Announced the Addition of

Quality Brad Cote Rust Preventative to its Quality Line of Lubricants.

Bradcote is a solvent cut-back compound designed to provide rust and corrosion protection of metal surfaces under the most severe atmospheric conditions.  Its ability to migrate into inner body crevices and seams provides excellent body cavity protection.  In addition, Bradcote provides excellent protection for a vehicles underbody preventing salt and rust corrosion under the most severe conditions.  It can be applied without stringent surface preparation and has the ability to put a stop to rust in moderately corroded areas.

“Bradcote protects against and prevents further rust and corrosion of metal surfaces.  Along with vehicle underbodies and body cavities, it can be used in various applications such as  railroad, marine, farm equipment, tanks, tools, dies, machinery, piping as well as other metal surfaces needing rust and corrosion protection.  Bradcote can be applied by brush or spraying.  Bradcote is available in 400 lb. Drums and 120 lb. Kegs,” stated Dick Glady, Director of Blended Lubricants Sales and Marketing for Brad Penn®.

Brad Penn® Lubricants are marketed east of the Mississippi through a network of Independent Lubricant Distributors.

In 1997, American Refining Group, Inc. purchased the Kendall / Amalie refinery located in Bradford, PA, from Witco Corporation.  As a result of the sale of the Kendall® and Amalie® brands to a third party, a new name was given to the products produced at the site-Brad Penn® Premium Pennsylvania Grade Lubricants.

American Refining Group, Inc. is a privately held, ISO 9002 certified refinery.  ARG is a manufacturer and blender of quality Brad Penn® and Gulf® branded lubricants, packager of private label lubricants and a premier refiner of petroleum specialty products.
