American Refining Group's Lubricants and Specialty Products Division Launches Web Site.

Tuesday, February 3, 1999 Bradford, PA - American Refining Group (ARG), Lubricants and Specialty Products Division enters the realm of cyber-space with the launching of their ARG Web Site, www.amref.com.

Research and acquisition of numerous information sources, including employees and community members, enabled a five member internal web team to design and develop the ARG web site that went on line February 1, 1999.

The initial ARG web site is focused in two primary areas.

First: describing ARG’s ISO 9002 certified facilities.

Included is ARG’s integrated refinery, its five major processing units and their capabilities, along with the company’s very modern and flexible packaging and blending operations. ARG produces the BRAD PENN^® line of automotive, Industrial and commercial lubricants as well as other private label blending and packaging for third parties.

Second: A descriptive listing of ARG’s manufactured products.

American Refining Group produces a wide range of products including: Kendex^® Base Oils, Kensol^® Solvents and Distillates, Motor Oils, Hydraulic Fluids, Gear Oils, Industrial Fluids and unlimited specialty blends.

The ARG web site will be monitored and updated on a regular basis with corporate news and site additions. The "What’s New" button will track the updates.

Planned additions to the American Refining Group web site are informational pages on ARG’s Research, Development, and Control Labs, Traffic and Logistics Operations, Crude Purchasing Department, as well as industrial specification sheets.
