of Cutting Oils to its Quality Line of Lubricants.

"As part of our continuous commitment to provide our customers with quality products for all of their lubricating needs, we are proud to announce the addition of the Brad Penn^® Cutting Oil Line.  Brad Penn^® has teamed up with Battenfeld Grease and Oil Corporation of Buffalo, NY to create a tremendous line of cutting oils made from top quality base stocks.  The full line includes 7 new products that will cover approximately 80% of the industrial applications,” stated Jennifer Taylor, Marketing Assistant for Brad Penn^® Lubricants.

In 1997, American Refining Group, Inc. purchased the Kendall / Amalie refinery located in Bradford, PA, from Witco Corporation.  As a result of the sale of the Kendall^® and Amalie^® brands to a third party, a new name was given to the products produced at the site-Brad Penn^® Premium Pennsylvania Grade Lubricants.
