ARG renames road for owner Harry Halloran Jr.

American Refining Group Inc. (ARG) renamed a private road at the Bradford refinery for its owner Harry Halloran Jr.
Formerly Brad Penn Way, the road running in front of ARG’s Main Office and Research & Development buildings just off of North Kendall Avenue in the city of Bradford is now known as Halloran Way. Mr. Halloran and his wife Kay were surprised with the announcement made by ARG President and COO Jeannine Schoenecker and CEO Tim Brown during the company’s annual family picnic held July 15 at Mystic Water Resort in Limestone, N.Y.
Earlier this year the refinery marked 20 years of ownership under Mr. Halloran; the road was renamed in his honor to acknowledge his commitment to ARG, its employees, all of its partners and the community. Bradford City Council had approved ARG’s request to rename the road during its June 27 meeting.
